Kiana Cares is a nonprofit organization based in the Coastal Bend, Texas, dedicated to improving the quality of life for low-income and underserved senior citizens. Many of the seniors we serve fall below the poverty line and struggle to cover basic essentials like housing, utilities, food, medical care, and transportation.

Providing Essential Meals
We distribute nutritious food to those facing hunger, ensuring that no one goes without a meal. Our focus is on delivering essential sustenance to individuals and families in need, promoting food security and well-being.
Housing & Rent Assistance
We help seniors facing housing instability stay in their homes by providing temporary support for rent or mortgage; preventing evictions and fostering long‑term safety.
Healthcare Navigation & Benefits Assistance
Promoting Healthcare Awareness
We offer personalized help enrolling in Medicare, Medicaid, and navigating insurance benefits. Our goal is to remove confusion and ensure seniors get the care they deserve.
Transportation Services
We provide safe rides to medical appointments, pharmacies, grocery stores, and community events; helping seniors stay mobile, independent, and involved.
